Soooo, to finish off the week of art, how about some Keith Giffen? I wanted to end big and trying to pick a few Kirby pieces would be too heart-breaking. I have loved Giffen’s work since I can remember and his ability to reinvent his style decade after decade is one of the most interesting things to follow in the US comics scene.
I tried to select some unpublished or rare illustrations. Some of them are from http://www.comicartfans.com, which, as always, feels like a trip down the missed opportunities boulevard …
Mr. Giffen, we all like your writing but try to get some art done more regularly, please! And if everything else fails, there’s always Kickstarter!!!
